The Moment
Joy became a song. The song became a moment. The moment became a story. Here is the whole arc.
It Started With a Song
"Can't Wait For Santaâ„¢" was born from pure anticipation, the kind only a child knows on Christmas Eve. Monet bottled that feeling into a single, and the world pressed play.
Costa Mesa, August 2026
Diana Ross was mid-production when she stopped the show, reached into the crowd, and chose Monet. Not a line — an entire chorus, sung in front of thousands, the legend stepping back to make room.
Monet had revered Diana her whole life. To be handed the mic by your hero isn't luck. It's confirmation.

Altadena, and the Voice That Came Back
Months earlier, the Altadena fire took nearly everything. Then came the silence: a voice recovering, a future uncertain. Faith held. Therapy held. The notes came back, one by one.
The December 3 concert isn't a comeback. It's a harvest: everything survived, offered back as joy.
